MONTHLY WEEKEND RETREAT

Our Worship and Warning Retreat is designed as a spiritual renewal and community for believers who desire to live in light of Christ's coming, while warning those who are outside of fellowship of faith to seek a personal relationship and devotion to Jesus Christ.

Weekend Retreat: Worship and Warning

Dates: Every First Saturday and Sunday of Each Month.
Location: Falls Church, VA. Washington, DC, and Herndon, VA.

Join us for a transformative weekend of worship, fellowship, and spiritual growth at our Worship and Warning Retreat, where we prepare our hearts and lives in light of Christ’s coming. This retreat is designed for individuals, couples, and families seeking a Christ-centered experience filled with biblical teaching, community, and enriching activities.

Schedule Overview

Saturday

  • 11:00 AM - Worship Service
    Engage in a biblically rich, informal worship experience. The message will focus on living with anticipation of Christ's return, inspiring and challenging your faith.

  • 12:30 PM - The Lord’s Supper and Full Meal
    Partake in the Lord’s Supper, followed by a communal meal shared in love and gratitude.

  • ​

  • 1:00 PM - Skill Classes
    Enjoy practical, hands-on sessions designed to equip you with valuable skills for everyday life and ministry.

​

  • 2:00 PM - Free Time
    Relax or explore the beauty of Washington, DC, as a group with a planned local event later that evening at 5pm.

Sunday

  • 10:00 AM - Traditional Worship Service
    Experience worship at a denominational church, connecting with the wider body of Christ in Herndon, VA.

​

  • 12:00 PM - Lunch
    Gather for fellowship over a shared meal.

​

  • 1:30 PM - Final Small Group Meeting
    Reflect on the weekend’s teachings and share how God has moved in your life during this retreat.

​

  • 3:00 PM - Closing
    Depart spiritually renewed and encouraged to live faithfully in anticipation of Christ’s return.    ​

  • Lodging: Two-night stay in comfortable accommodations included.

  • Cost: $299 per family (up to 2 adults and 2 children).

  • (This cost is for those needing lodging only and coming from out of town.)

  • Location: Various sites around Washington, DC, with activities planned for a blend of worship and exploration.
